This is my asymmetrical shot. I chose this location because me and some of my friends used to hang out here. I still love going to this place because its a chill place to be. I like this photo because of the pink things on the right side and how the sun comes through the shot.

This is Framing. I took this photo through a doorway because if i went any closer, I wouldn't be able to get everything in the shot. this is the weight room at karate and I see it everyday and during track season my coach forces me to lift weights. I liked this photo best being black and white because it makes the shadows and highlights stick out.

This is leading lines obviously. I like this photo because it was taken in the middle of the day and it looks like it is later because of the gross looking wall. i think it looks cool that it is darker until the middle. This location is the little strip mall where my martial art studio is and i pass it everyday.

this photo focuses on point of view because most people do not stare at the headlight like this. i used surreal for this photo and the outcome was phenomenal compared to the others. this is my dad's car and i'm always in it because he drives me a lot of places because i don't drive. i like how this photo made the car look chromeish, and the reflection on it stands out.

this photo is repetition. This is the back of the karate school. And karate is my life bruh. the reason i took this photo is because me and my friends used to have this little play house type thing back in elementary school. i dont really know what this is, but i liked how the boxes have lines and 

the wall does too.

This is symmetry. This is in my favorite photo and it takes place in my neighborhood. This is newer in my neighborhood and i think its just a pretty place to be. i like how the green and blue have many different shades.

music room- because music is my life and i play like many many instruments.

in order from the crooked book, it says, i like the point of view of the Eiffel tower.

i said how the next photo had great lighting how the boat sticks out.

that photo had an amazing reflection and contrast.

i liked how the chair sticks put and the room is smaller but it looks like a large depth of field.

the boat stuck out and had a cool landscape.

and finally i liked how the clouds stuck out and the sunset and rocks all laid out.

HDR in Class

i took this photo because i'm always walking through the hallways. i like the repetition of the lockers and all the lines from the tiles and the leading lines also. i think it's cool how it looks spooky.

i took this photo because during middle school, every home track meet, we walk down these stairs to get to the track. i like the diagonal lines.

this photo i really like because the colors are subtle except for the flower bush in the front. these is also the view from the top of the stairs.

Sketchbook Cover

The phrase I chose was "when life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile." I chose this quote because i like being happy. like in the movie zombieland, i enjoy the little things. this quote means when your life isnt at its greatest moments and you feel sad. there are reasons to be happy even at the saddess moments because everyday has something happy in it whether it's family friends music or food. this quote relates to me because i seem to find happiness in most occasions and try to smile and have fun. i am normally an energetic person especially when im out of school. i tend to be a really sarcastic person, but nice and enjoyable. two of the photos on my sketchbook are of nature because i like it and it is really pretty. in the bottom corner is my cousin, i do have a lot of cousins, but she is my youngest and im glad she is alive and healthy. the top corner is my piano. music is my life. i play a ton of instruments because it makes me happy, but piano is my favorite one. i also have the carousel from hershey park in the bottom corner because i like going there because i have a season pass, plus i just recently started working there. i put in a little leggo dude because he seems so happy. the last photo is the one in the middle. these are a few of my friends from martial arts after a fun day. i really like this lil project because i can be creative and have a lot more freedom than last year's cover. suggestions on working on collages in class, not just for the cover but for other things also.

Best photo

This is my best photo from the summer. It is a good photo because even though it is night time, it is still bright. I like this photo because it is clear and has different highlights throughout the picture because near the bottom it is bright, but the top and right it is darker. I took this photo from the top floor of a building so i can look out and down on building. It has a contrast because on the left is a big tall bright building, but the right has small houses and the roof is shown and darker. It took me about 20 seconds to take this photo and i didn't have a tripod with me, so i placed the camera on a railing.
